Weyerhaeuser Production and Maintenance Hiring Event in Emerson, AR

We are actively hiring for the following positions:

Utility / Production Operators: Play a critical role in safely ensuring the effective and reliable manufacturing of Plywood and Veneer that will be shipped to our customers and used for residential home construction. This position comes with the potential to grow into additional skilled Operator Positions.

Pay target starting at $18.22/hr with additional shift differential for swing and graveyard.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• We require at least 1 years of employment experience
• Willingness to work a twelve hour (12) rotating shift, to include weekends and holidays and/or other shift schedules as assigned
• Ability to work in extreme heat and cold while wearing all the required personal protective equipment.
• 2-2-3 schedule 7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am

Industrial Millwrights: Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of mechanical equipment, process, and techniques to safely repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech manufacturing equipment.

The pay range is $22.00 - $36.00/hr with additional shift differential for swing and graveyard.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Stable employment history
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in Industrial Millwright work in a manufacturing or industrial facility
• Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, to include weekends, and holidays as operating conditions require
• A personal and total commitment to observe all safety rules and regulations
• Good working knowledge of industrial Maintenance issues
• Commitment to follow all unit maintenance practices
• A team player who is committed to quality work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment examination
• Commitment to wear all personal protective equipment
• Able to work in manufacturing environment to include climbing stairs and catwalks and the ability to work in extreme heat / cold

Industrial Electricians: Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of electrical equipment, process and techniques to safely repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech manufacturing equipment.

The pay range is $25.00 - $40.00/hr with additional shift differential for swing and graveyard.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED
• Stable employment history
• Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, to include weekends, and holidays as operating conditions require
• A personal and total commitment to observe all safety rules and regulations
• Good working knowledge of industrial electricity issues
• Commitment to follow all unit electrical / maintenance practices
• A team player who is committed to quality work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment examination
• Commitment to wear all personal protective equipment
• Able to work in manufacturing environment to include climbing stairs and catwalks and the ability to work in extreme heat / cold

Maintenance Planner: Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of maintenance equipment and processes. The role serves as the main interface between the request for maintenance service and the execution and closure of that work.

The pay range is $31.00 - $36.00/hr with additional shift differential for swing and graveyard.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Safety leader with passion for safety initiatives
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in either industrial maintenance or maintenance planning/scheduling activities
• Good working knowledge of industrial equipment and preventative maintenance processes
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exposure to purchasing related activities
• Ability to lead people and promote teamwork
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish positive relationships with contractors and company employees at all levels
• Willingness to work any schedule, including weekend and holiday support, as conditions require
