This role is currently offering a $1,500 Hiring Bonus! ($500 paid after 90 days, and $1,000 paid after one year anniversary).
Starting pay is $22.00 per hour plus a .78 shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts. We also offer a great benefits package that includes health benefits, 401(k), and quarterly performance bonuses.
We have openings for entry level production roles for our swing shift (3pm – 11pm) and graveyard shift (11pm – 7am / 9PM – 7 AM).

- Manually grade, sort, and guide pieces of veneer on conveyors

Candidate Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check and physical
- Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Be motivated, take pride in their work and be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be a team player, be willing to learn new things and be part of a collaborative team
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and have good attendance
- Be able and willing to work all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Follow all safety practices, participate in safety initiatives and help others work safely
- Be able to perform labor-intensive work in a production environment
- Be able to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, work from heights, and in confined/restricted areas
- Be able to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, climb steps and ladders, and stand up to 3 hours at a time for 8 hours
