* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities\
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing strategies to address them\

Requirements\
* Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the OSB industry\
* Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing product quality\
* Strong leadership and communication skills\
* Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations\
* Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices\
