* Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control\
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards\
* Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging employees to suggest new ideas and implement changes\
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them\
* Develop and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved product quality\

Requirements\
* Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the OSB industry\
* Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality\
* Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices\
* Excellent communication and leadership skills\
* Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations\
