DescriptionWeyerhaeuser is searching for a Mill Manager to support our lumber manufacturing facility in Greenville, North Carolina. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position reporting to the Lumber Manufacturing Director of the Southern Manufacturing region. Our Greenville operation is a random length sawmill primarily producing lumber up to 20 feet in length with some specialty related capacity. Greenville, North Carolina is the home of East Carolina University and recognized as a thriving cultural, educational, economic, and medical hub of Eastern North Carolina. As Mill Manager, you are responsible for the safe and reliable manufacturing and on-time / in-full delivery of products to customers and ensuring that business objectives are met for the site. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 25% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use.
