Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Storeroom Clerk for the Natchitoches Engineered Wood Products manufacturing facility located in Natchitoches, LA. The Storeroom Clerk is a full-time, hourly position and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role will support the cross-functional areas of the department with knowledge of purchasing, goods-issuing, inventory management, invoice resolution, and master data maintenance.
The pay rate for this role is $22.05 per hour.

Key Functions
- Safely perform and or coordinate the unloading of goods of all shapes and sizes, which will require the use of mobile equipment.
- Resolve any issues involving logistics of shipments.
- Accurately receive, inspect, and accept goods, materials, parts, and equipment which can require special inspection based on acceptance criteria.
- Validate all deliveries have proper documentation.
- Prepare, Communicate, and Resolve all Over, Short, and Damage Reports for inaccurate deliveries. Tracked and communicated through OS&D Log reviewed weekly.
- Prepare, Communicate, and Resolve all purchasing/shipping claims that are a result of goods not being accepted per OS&D guidelines. Tracked and communicated through Claim Status Log reviewed weekly.
- Accurately input Goods Receipts into SAP and communicate accepted goods through Receiving Report issued Daily.
- Prepare and coordinate all returns of goods.
- Prepare and coordinate all shipping of items to be sent off for testing or analysis.
- Actively manage master data for repair requirements.
- Prepare repair transactions within SAP and track repairs through SAP work management.
- Input and issue purchase orders.
- Ability to issue parts to work orders.
- Perform physical inventories and investigate/resolve discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve invoicing issues via Work Cycle and SAP.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited agency/institution.
- 2 years' experience in a supply chain position or equivalent continued education/certifications in supply chain management or 5 years' experience with interacting with supply chains.
- Forklift Certification and Or Ability to Obtain Forklift Certification (WY Trained)
- Self-motivated and driven toward personal and company growth.
- Excels in Team environments by possessing a positive can-do attitude.
- General knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to create, manage, and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to understand and perform tasks in supply chain management systems (SAP or Equivalent).
- Manage Email and effectively communicate through Outlook.
- Safely and effectively maneuver different types of forklifts.
- Must be willing to work holidays as needed and provide other support as assigned.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures and at heights should conditions warrant.
- Manufacturing Experience (Preferred).
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
