Weyerhaeuser is seeking individuals who are committed to safety, have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and a desire to work in a manufacturing facility. Weyerhaeuser's Montana Wood Products is currently looking to fill Car Tally positions at our Columbia Falls MDF facility.

Pay Rate : $25.11, progression to Car Loader DOE $28.21
Key Functions
- Support manufacturing by maintaining an accurate tally of orders in stock (including piece counts) and reporting shortages to the Car Loader or Shipping Lead in a timely manner to maximize the efficiency of the shipping department.
- Learn the duties of Car Loader, as this position is in the line of progression to Car Loader. Fill in for Production Line as needed.
- Operate, service and maintain equipment; including but not limited to hand tools and forklift.
- Complete paperwork in an accurate and legible manner.
- Other duties include, but are not limited to measuring cars for proper loading, placing and filling air bags, placing or building blocks (dunnage) in cars as needed, banding units, wrapping flat cars, loading rail cars or trucks as conditions warrant, keeping inventory of all shipping items, moving orders, maintaining supplies of clips, nails and edge protectors, and keeping the work area clean.
