Weyerhaeuser Distribution is a leader in distributing building products for residential, light commercial and home improvement applications worldwide. We have an immediate opening for a Forklift Operator and we encourage you to review the responsibilities and qualifications and apply today! This is a day shift position, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. The starting wage is $22.25 per hour with an annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate and maintain propane or gas forklift to move products from stock lines to staging and / or cut stations
- Safely load products
- Ensure accountability for personal safety and the safety of others by addressing any unsafe practices observed
- Wear all personal protective equipment required
- Accurately perform basic math skills such as adding, subtracting and multiplying
- Accurately count units, record totals and document shipping and receiving activities
- Develop in depth knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations
- Be highly attentive and adaptive to warehouse routines
- Commit to quality, efficiency and continuous process improvement
This is not an inside warehouse position. This role will perform manual labor 55- 65% of the time.
