Job Summary
We are seeking qualified candidates for full-time entry-level production team members at our Arcadia Oriented Strand Board Mill (OSB) located in Simsboro, Louisiana.
Key Functions:
- Operate manufacturing equipment to produce oriented strand board.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and clean-up on equipment.
- Work safely and effectively in a team environment.
- Problem solve and troubleshoot equipment and issues.
- Involvement in ongoing process improvement.
- Operate forklifts and other mobile equipment.
- Perform quality checks and ensure production of a quality product.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team setting.
- Willingsness to cross train to learn new jobs & skills.
- Able to perform basic math and use computers.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
