To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Forestry, Wood Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of technical experience in a related field, along with demonstrated leadership skills, are also required. Additionally, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, and critical thinking skills are essential.
