SMT Operator

Job Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

- Possess a basic understanding of electronic components and be able to identify common materials.

- Proficiently operate various SMT equipment (including loaders, printers, pick-and-place machines, SPI, AOI) and be familiar with the entire operation process to ensure high-quality and timely completion of production orders.

- Independently program printers, pick-and-place machines, SPI, and AOI, and perform reflow soldering oven temperature profiling.

- Regularly maintain and service equipment to ensure proper operation.

- Monitor equipment operating status, promptly identify and resolve faults.

2. Production Support:

- Prepare and debug equipment according to production schedules.

- Ensure efficient operation of equipment during production to minimize downtime.

3. Quality Control:

- Monitor production quality to ensure products meet standards.

- Record and analyze production data, and propose improvement suggestions.

4. Fault Handling:

- Respond quickly to equipment failures, perform initial diagnosis and repairs.

- If unable to resolve, report promptly and assist external technicians in handling.

5. Document Management:

- Record equipment operation and maintenance status, and compile relevant reports.

6. Safety Management:

- Adhere to safety operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Regularly inspect equipment safety devices and promptly eliminate hazards.

Job Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

- Vocational school diploma or above, preferably in electronics, mechanical, automation, or related fields.

2. Work Experience:

- Prior experience in SMT equipment operation and maintenance is preferred.

3. Skill Requirements:

- Familiar with SMT equipment operation and maintenance.

- Possess basic mechanical and electronic knowledge.

- Able to read equipment drawings and technical documents.

4. Personal Qualities:

- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Able to adapt to shift work.

5. Working Environment:

- Primarily work in the workshop, requiring the use of protective gear.
