What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Content Assistant position at WFC Corp?
We are seeking to fill a newly created position for Digital Content Assistant for our rapidly growing Wood Fire Cookery company.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside and assist a proven social media, television, film and digital media content creator with all the resume boxes checked. This position will assist our marketing team and lead creator in capturing, editing and distributing daily content to our global audience within multiple social media outlets.
This position will work alongside and learn from our executive producers and chief video editor assisting in capturing, organizing pre-production for editing and various related production elements. This is position requires working on location on rare occasions with travel expenses covered.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate would hold a degree for an accredited university for film or directly related program.
Secondary qualifications for those not in or finished with a collegiate program. You would need to have a minimum of one year of video content experience.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding and prior experience working with digital cameras, aperture settings, lighting, audio, microphones, batteries, and lens handling. The ideal candidate will require a strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
The ideal candidate will be required to be organized, always on time and 100% committed to learning.
THE JOB:
Assisting with the following:
Camera operator
Boom mic operator
Organization of footage in Adobe Premiere
Pre-edit
Comping takes
Set preparation
Charging batteries
Uploading, archiving content
Lighting assist
Editing and formatting for multiple outlets.
Cleaning up and maintaining media equipment.
This position will require travel on rare occasion.
