Job Summary

The Supervisor, Passenger Services oversees airport passenger service operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and high-quality service. They monitor staff performance, provide training, and maintain a fair, respectful work environment.

Pay : $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate passenger service operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
  • Provide training and development to subordinates.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, safety, security, and employee relations.
  • Administer fair and respectful practices for all staff and third parties.

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Reports to work on a regular and timely basis.
  • Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Ability to compute rate, percent and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift 70 pounds.
  • Ability to handle stress.
  • Work in a high noise level environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision.
