Job Summary
As an Agent Airport Operations Asset Coordinator Assistant, responsibilities include monitoring flight activity, managing inventory processes for company equipment, and maintaining accurate records for aircraft and services performed. This role involves clear communication, both verbal and written, to handle correspondence, complete forms, and provide support to dispatch and remote staff. Additionally, it includes monitoring security activities, updating station bulletins, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols, promptly reporting any breaches or non-compliance issues.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret printed instructions to complete forms, paperwork, and correspondence clearly and accurately.
- Maintain records of documentation for all aircraft, flights serviced, and services performed.
- Monitor computers, telephone calls, and surveillance cameras to ensure operational efficiency.
- Post and update bulletins and campaigns as directed by station management, safety, and leadership teams.
- Observe activities of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors to identify and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan.
- Communicate verbally and in written format with other employees and customers.
- Manage inventory process for lead equipment by customer to include : equipment bag, radios, scanners, bypass pins, headsets, wands, etc.
- Review lead shift briefings to include operational documents and station required forms.
- Use electronic scanning devices, and automated self-service technology.
- Assist with performing manual overrides and escalate any technical issues that occur with facility equipment.
- Supports Airport Operations and Remote OCC staff perform operational functions as needed.
- Enforce company’s Standard Operating Procedures and policies.
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Participate in any related special projects or tasks that may arise.
