Escrow Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled Escrow Officer for a mid to senior-level position. The ideal candidate will have specialized experience in handling complex estate issues, managing transactions involving deceased individuals, and effectively clearing title. Additionally, expertise in processing title transactions for investment properties is a key requirement for this role.
Preference will be given to candidates who can bring an existing clientele to the business, further enhancing our growth and service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee closing files from receipt to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist team members and perform other duties as needed to support the office's operations.
- Maintain a daily task list in Qualia to ensure timely completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- Order and prepare all necessary documents for the closing process.
- Prepare and handle documents from opening to closing, ensuring complete disbursement and necessary follow-up.
- Collaborate effectively with lenders in the preparation of closing statements for both buyers and sellers.
- Actively engage with the market to meet and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
Qualifications
- Must have maintained an escrow license for a minimum of 3-5 years.
- Proficient in using Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of escrow from opening to closing.
- Experience with Qualia is preferred.
