Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Property Manager role located in Brandon, FL. The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the assigned property, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, leasing activities, financial management, and vendor oversight.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in property management, real estate, or related field
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
