Job Description :
This District Manager position will oversee 3 properties as a Property Manager. Assistant managers at each location will be reporting to District Manager.
This position manages the day-to-day operations of 2-3 properties including managing different teams, daily activities, financial performance, asset management, and the integrity of our values as a company. Total of 243 units.
What your day might look like
Manage daily operations of the properties to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
Control expenditures by staying within constraints of the approved budget including maintenance repairs
Oversee the lease enforcement process by approving prospective resident applications, discounts, and renewals
Communicate plans of actions proactively and in detail
Ensuring the properties are well kept
Manage the team and performance of the property
Establish the team at each location
What we are looking for
Previous property management experience is required.
Proven financial growth on a property
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Resman
Being financially savvy; previous experience in creating / adhering to budgets, fiscal reporting
Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
Ability to work and manage portfolio
Refined time management skills
Rotation between properties on a daily basis is required at
