Overview
We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect/Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience to join our Landscape Architecture team in the West Palm Beach, FL office. In this role, you will collaborate with our Landscape Studio Manager and Senior Designers to oversee the development of landscape deliverables for a mix of public and private projects.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Development of landscape plan packages, including landscape, hard-scape, landscape lighting, and irrigation plans from concept through construction
- Quality control review of landscape deliverables prior to sign/sealing
- Development of project construction cost estimates
- Coordination with clients and sub-consultants, as well as liaison to government agencies
- Internal coordination with planning and engineering teams
- Attendance at public meetings and community outreach meetings
- Maintenance of project schedules and budgets in collaboration with the Studio Manager
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related design profession from an accredited university
- Demonstrated 10 years of progressively responsible design experience
- Registration as a landscape architect with the State of Florida
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable understanding of the relationship between design and constructibility
- PMP - Project Manager Professional certification (preferred)
