Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25-$30 DOE, Hourly
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply for construction permits, upload permit documentation into portals of AHJ, and monitor status during plan review, issuance, and ultimately permit finalization.
- Track time spent by AHJ during plan review, as well as the response time of design managers/general contractors to review issues and required corrections to designs.
- Facilitate and package city and 3rd party reviews for delivery to necessary Subject Matter Experts.
- Record and organize permit activity and generated documentation including permits, inspection cards/records, permit summaries, agency letters/comments, etc.
- Maintain relationships with AHJ personnel such as building officials, project management, and plans examiners.
- BS/BA in communications, public administration, construction management, project management or a related general studies or liberal arts background or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs and user expectations.
- 1-3 years of experience in the semiconductor (or related) industry, preferably in Facilities Development/Management, Document Control, or CSA related discipline.
