Schedule:Night Shift
Pay Rate: $23 - $28 Hourly
Location: Hillsboro, OR

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

• You may operate metrology tools including TEM, SEM, Focused Ion Beam and additional lab equipment
• Complete analytical requests in the client lab through collecting electron microscopy samples and validating analytical data
• Mayperform tests and sampling to include setup and operation of metrology equipment
• Will utilize client software to perform tasks, complete experiments and sample analysis
• Provide reports andresults of sampling and experiments
• Perform PM, troubleshooting and minor maintenance of lab equipment
• Support cross-functional teams in daily projects as required
• Use customer software to perform manual measurements per instructions
• Use customer software to identify SEM image features
• Physically transport wafer from one location to other and update wafer status
• Use customer software for die and wafer tracking
• Can accurately locate wafers and load them into plastic FOUPs
• Work in a fast paced environment in partnership with client team members

• Basic microscope use and troubleshooting skills
• May work in a controlled cleanroom environment, which will involve the wearing of a gown and relevant personal protective equipment
• Excellent communication, lab protocoland time management skills
• Must support 12hr compressed work week schedule
• Can supportnightshifts

Preferred:

• TEM, FIB/SEM and Die Prep Skills
• Minimum of 1-3years of Semiconductor lab/metrology experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with 300MM wafer fab environment, industry and equipment
• Direct experience using metrology equipment in a Semiconductor setting
