Schedule : M-F, 7 : 30AM-4 : 00PM
Pay Rate : $40-$57 DOE, hourly
Location : Boise, ID
Position Type : Full-Time
Benefits : This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Monitor project budget reports and review with assigned PM based on pre-determined criteria.
- Enter initial project cash flow in customer’s ERP system based on pre-determined spend curve.
- Collaborate with procurement to determine PO payment dates and update cashflow accordingly.
- Collaborate with A / P to ensure POs are paid on-time.
- Update project budget and cash flow to account for approved change orders.
- Effectively communicate with project stakeholders.
- Accurately enter project information into project data bases as directed.
