Schedule: This position requires working on mid shift or night shift, alternating between a 3 day work week and a 4 day work week.
(Example: alternating between Sunday – Tuesday / Sunday – Wednesday from 7PM to 7AM)
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr. DOE

The Principal Duties And Responsibilities Will Be
- Conduct safety observations and resolve issues, reporting violations and recommending corrective actions.
- Communicate safety policies and procedures to workers.
- Provide support to the field operations team to ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare reports of findings and recommend preventative measures.
- Monitor compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Lead facility tours for new employees, focusing on key safety features.
- Plan tool and equipment placement for safety and efficiency.
- Work in a semiconductor cleanroom while following contamination control and safety protocols.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Experience in safety, manufacturing, and equipment installation or preventative maintenance roles.
- Knowledge of EH&S principles, safety equipment, and related documentation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and independent work skills with the ability to improve work practices.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled active listener with excellent customer support abilities.
- Focused on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Self-driven and adaptable to change.
- Experience with cranes, motorized pallet movers, ladders, working on platforms, and handling chemicals.
- Management experience in a semiconductor fab/sub-fab.
- Safety training and certifications.
- Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day, stand for 8-10 hours, and perform tasks that require bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, crouching, kneeling in confined spaces, and working at heights or on ladders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
