Role Overview
As an Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a key role in revitalizing and managing our community, ensuring it's a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and taking pride in their work environment. No prior property management experience is required, but it’s a plus if you have it!
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Safety and Compliance
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment for all residents.
- Follow all community guidelines, safety protocols, and laws (we provide training).
- Accurately track work hours and tasks completed.
- Maximize Profit
- Assist with advertising available homes and attracting new residents.
- Support new residents through the application and move-in process.
- Manage rent collection and follow up on late payments.
- Identify additional revenue opportunities, such as offering storage or parking spaces.
- Explore opportunities to buy and sell homes within the community and earn commissions.
- Manage Resident Relations
- Organize community events and engage residents to foster a positive atmosphere.
- Create and distribute community newsletters.
- Ensure community rules are followed consistently and fairly.
- Optimize Physical Assets
- Keep the community looking its best by overseeing landscaping and maintenance.
- Supervise contractors to ensure all work is completed safely and effectively.
- Take pride in transforming and maintaining the community’s appearance.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to walk around the community, including uneven terrain.

Job Details
- Type: Part-time (25-30 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some on-call responsibilities.
