Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observation skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
No Experience Required.
Free Training and Uniforms.
Shift: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Other Shifts May Apply, Must be able to work any assigned shift 24/7/365
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent conflicts.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Document incidents accurately in reports for future reference.
- Assist in loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is a plus.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is beneficial.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
