We are looking to hire a Head of Global Accounts to join our high-performing Sales team in London or New York/LA and become an integral part of our Global Accounts strategy.
US salary range - $160,000 -$180,000
This role will work alongside our regional account teams and report to SVP Global Accounts.

Role Overview

This role will be crucial in driving sales growth across our highest-value global accounts. You will build business through strategic partnerships, commercial relationships and executive engagement.
You will be responsible for the performance of the Global Account Management team based in NAM, ensuring the successful delivery of all aspects of the Global Accounts strategy, and ensuring that WGSN’s foresight capabilities are correctly positioned to meet and exceed the client’s needs and expectations.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead a newly formed global accounts team, working with the regional sales leaders and account management teams to deliver the 3-year growth plan for WGSN’s Global Accounts, ensuring revenue targets are achieved
- Manage and ensure renewals of the Global Account subscription business, navigating procurement, legal and market challenges
- Manage a team of account managers running approximately 20 global accounts HQ’ed in the EMEA /NAM region, building strategies that deliver long-term growth
- Oversee and contribute to the development and execution of strategic account plans
- Leading by example, ensure the Global Accounts team delivers client servicing to the highest standards, demonstrating thought leadership and an extensive understanding of the market trends impacting our client’s businesses
- Individually and as a team, build a rich network across the client’s business, identifying strategic and tactical needs, responding with WGSN’s solutions and services
- Deliver winning commercial presentations & pitches to Exec and C-level stakeholders that describe WGSN’s strategic value to their organisation
- Foster an environment of cross-department collaboration, ensuring regional sales insight, content and consulting expertise are incorporated into a successful growth-oriented team
- Be responsible for the accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly pipelines and revenue. Ensure regular updates on the status of your Global Accounts team, including achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations
- Travel nationally and internationally to build growth through great client relationships, working across time zones with a diverse set of clients
