Customer Service Representative
We are looking for someone to provide excellent service to our customers. Just candy is a team player environment working together to provide excellent service for our customers upcoming special events. We have a small customer service team that works a set schedule of *insert schedule*. The team provides a positive and supportive environment to ensure that every workday is a great day here at Just Candy.
Customer Service Representative Requirements
-Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Utilize data entry skills to accurately input customer information and maintain records.
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improve service quality.
Must be able to work from 9:30AM to 6PM
