Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, possess mechanical knowledge, and be proficient in maintaining equipment.
Duties:
Maintaining equipment: Performing preventive maintenance, such as inspecting, servicing, and testing machines
Diagnosing and repairing issues: Identifying the cause of machine breakdowns and repairing them quickly
Preparing reports: Documenting work performed, including maintenance reports and trend
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment: Complying with safety guidelines and procedure
Excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of mechanics, Gears and belts, older systems
Skills:
Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to use hand tools.
Experience working in a manufacturing facility with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals and deadlines.
