WHA Insurance is looking to hire a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to provide exemplary customer service and partner with other team members to cross-sell, team-sell, and round out accounts. While this position will lean toward sales and sales functions, some account servicing will be required.
- Wage negatable based on industry knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Round out existing accounts, gain referrals, and follow up on company-provided leads.
- Explain policy types and coverages to insureds and prospects.
- Service existing customers and processing new insurance applications.
- Process policy renewals and issue certifications as needed or requested.
- Review quotes, policies, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare sales information for customers such as proposals and policy summaries.
- General account maintenance and data management.
- Current Property & Causality License in Oregon
- Experience in sales and/or customer service in the insurance industry
- Cold calling experience or other similar sales activity experience
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite products
- High school degree required
