About the role :

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Director of Financial Planning and analysis (FP&A) will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial strategy. This role oversees financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance financial performance, providing insights that influence both short-term operations and long-term strategic goals. Success in this role requires the ability to think beyond traditional financial frameworks and work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, HR, and key business stakeholders to address evolving business needs.

You will operate within a complex organizational structure that includes 7-8 distinct lines of business, each with its own unique key drivers, cost structures, and operational priorities. This environment demands a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and strategic thinking to support diverse business models and growth initiatives effectively.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 plus a performance-based bonus and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
