Wanted: Mowing Crew Member- $300 Signing Bonus*
Seeking a reliable and hardworking Mowing Crew Member to join our landscaping team. This position requires an individual who is passionate about outdoor work and can efficiently handle tasks such as mowing, weeding, and trimming. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work in all weather conditions, and physically capable of handling heavy lifting and manual labor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using various tools and equipment
- Weed and maintain beds, removing debris and unwanted growth
- Trim hedges, bushes, and other landscaping features
- Maintain and clean equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety guidelines and adhere to all company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients' needs are met to the highest standards
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
- Previous landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
