Security Officer (3rd shift)

Whalen Security LLC as opportunities for OVERNIGHT Security officers. These officers monitor facility access and conduct mobile patrols of the client property. We are seeking reliable individuals with strong customer service skills.

• Position 1 - Third shift full-time 11 PM till 7 AM Saturday - Wednesday. 40 hours a week split between Ashaway RI and Westerly RI.
• Position 2 - Third shift full-time 11 PM till 7 AM Tuesday - Friday. 32 hours all in Westerly RI.
• You will be working at two locations out of 3. One is in Ashaway RI another is in Westerly RI (Misquamicut area) and the last is in Matunuck RI . Please look up distance before applying.
• STARTING pay is $17-18 hr after $2-3hr weekly bonus. (See question #7 for information on the bonus and feel free to ask any questions)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Lots of walking and stairs at a old mill.

The ability to utilize a tablet, computer or smartphone.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Be able to work both 3rd shift.

Have a reliable means of communication (i.e., cell phone).

Have a reliable means of transportation.

Have the legal right to work in the United States.

Have the ability to speak, read, and write English.

Have a High School Diploma or GED.

Have valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

• The base pay for this position is $15 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour bonus based on the attendance policy, bringing your total to $17 per hour. You’ll also be eligible for a possible raise after one month, which could increase your pay to $18 per hour.
