What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Whalers Restaurant?
Whalers Restaurant is a high volume waterfront restaurant in Bay Shore looking for experienced and passionate lead host/hostesses to be a part of our Front of House team. Whalers is a dynamic, fast paced environment with a fun atmosphere down by the Maple Ave ferries in Bay Shore.
Requirements:
- Previous hostess experience preferred, knowledge of OpenTable a plus!
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Passionate about providing great customer service
- Confident and organized
We are looking for individuals for part time/full time positions. We want someone who can work well as a team, great work ethic and genuinely love working with people. Must have a flexible schedule and able to work weekends (including Sunday).
Compensation ranges between $18/hr-$25 /hr based on experience.
