Job Description
Whalley Computer Associates Inc is seeking a creative, energetic, detail-oriented, Marketing & Events Coordinator. This role is responsible for planning and executing events, driving WCA brand awareness, creating marketing materials, managing promotional inventory, and cultivating marketing relationships with key partners.

Responsibilities
- Event planning & execution (plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish)
- Manage event logistics, including vendor/partner coordination and on-site execution
- Track event performance and provide post-event analysis and recommendations
- Invoice and collect all sponsorship commitments
- Manage event budgets to ensure ROIs are met
- Develop event strategies to promote WCA’s brand & attract customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments to support campaigns and event promotions
- Maintain organized digital library of marketing assets
- Track marketing inventory levels and ensure timely reordering and restocking of promotional products and event materials
- Communicate internally and update marketing events and promotions on our website, and via email
Qualifications
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing coordination, or related role
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar graphics design tool)
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and promotional product companies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Possess a solution-oriented mind, offering ideas & suggestions
- Ability to be productive when working alone & also when collaborating in a team setting
- Multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a background check (signed release needed)
Salary & Benefits
WCA offers competitive pay rates based on experience and ability. Full time positions include health insurance,
dental insurance, paid vacation and personal time, holiday pay, 401K with company match, and long-term
disability.
Location: Southwick, MA (WCA Headquarters)
Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, Occasional Travel required

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
