We are seeking a hardworking and highly organized Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in family law, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and possess the ability to switch gears quickly in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative spirit and the ability to be a team player are essential. Candidate must have strong writing skills and be able to draft all family law pleadings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments and deadlines.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and addressing their needs.
- Prepare case files and manage documentation.
- Anticipate the needs of attorneys and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal in family law is required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
