What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Technician position at Wharton County Electric Cooperative, Inc.?
Wharton County Electric Cooperative is hiring an experienced Network Technician covering all aspects of in-house computer installation and troubleshooting of LAN, wireless networks, servers and assist with metering. The candidate will be responsible for the installation & administration of Wireless & Satellite ISP services which includes working on elevated locations on towers of excess of 100' with tools. On-call rotation is required, and candidate must live within 30 minutes of our office. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
