- 3 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, casual dining operations.
- Strong skills in menu development, food presentation, and cost control.

- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, and timely service.
- Execute a menu that caters to a sports-driven clientele, focusing on casual and comfort foods.
- Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high performance in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
