A beautiful luxury resort on the coast of Georgia is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead their seafood, beachfront restaurant.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of Restaurant General Manager experience in an upscale restaurant, preferably with within a resort
- Strong tenure of 2-3 years throughout previous employment
- Experience managing revenues of $7M
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations for restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, ensuring high-quality standards, exceptional guest service, and property compliance.
- Manage financial success of the restaurant including optimizing costs controls, maximizing profitability, and implementing strategies to improve financial performance while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating ongoing training to enhance service skills.
