Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, ensure high standards of food preparation, and maintain the overall quality of service in both fine dining and casual dining settings.
A Colorado resort in ski country is in search of 3 General Managers needed across the property.
Salary : $82 - $90k
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, Time off (closed for 2 weeks in Spring and Fall)
Bonus : 8%
Relocation assistance provided.
2 MUST have fine dining and 1 can be more casual. One of the fine dining GM's must have luxury experience ideally Michelin or Forbes training - and with these qualities the higher end of the salary can be attained. We may consider AGM's ready for the next step for all three roles.
