At What is Your Voice, Inc., we seek passionate and dedicated professionals with LMSW, LBSW, and CADC credentials to join our growing team. As a Clinical Advocate, you will play a vital role in helping survivors of domestic violence and related trauma access critical support and resources.

Compensation and Benefits

· Flexible Work Schedule: 33 hours weekly, offering a healthy balance between virtual and in-person engagement.

· Monday – Thursday 9 am-4 pm

· Friday- 9 am-2 pm

· Salary: Competitive annual salary of $54,000- $60,000, based on experience and qualifications. Paid on the 15th and 30th of each month.

· If you require health insurance, that's no problem. We will pay your premiums as a benefit. If you don't, we will pay $1,500 extra a year.

· College debt no problem, as a 501c3 Nonprofit, you will qualify for the PSFL program. After working for our agency and making your college payments for 10 years, the total amount of your college debt balance will be forgiven

· Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):

o 10 PTO days annually after a 90-day probationary period.

o Two weeks of vacation annually, increasing to three weeks after three years of service.

o Up to 13 paid holidays each year to celebrate and recharge.
