Key Responsibilities :

As an Operating Partner, you will :

Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company values and goals

Coach, train, and mentor managers and team leaders to foster growth and accountability

Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment

Drive financial performance through budget management, expense control, and sales growth

Recruit, hire, and retain top talent, building a strong, engaged team

Implement high-impact customer service strategies to elevate the guest experience

Monitor key operational metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive success

Execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Area Manager

What Were Looking For :

3-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment

Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop a high-performance team

Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets, labor, and operations

Ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and drive results

Hands-on leadership style with a passion for guest service and employee engagement

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred

Food Safety & Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain)

Working Conditions & Travel :

Full-time, flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, training, and operational support

Must have a valid drivers license and maintain automobile liability coverage

Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment
