This full-time contract position is responsible for aligning business objectives with Family Members and the Company’s Core Values and Guiding Principles. Serves as an HR advisor for management at the Home Office in the areas of Emergency Responder, Mediator, HR Operations and day-to-day performance management. Assists with change management initiatives and proactively supports best practices and monitors compliance from all functions within the organization. Coordinates the development and execution of programs, policies and activities within the company that are established to benefit the employee/employer relationship. Leads run-the-business HR projects, partnering with Legal, Field HR, Risk Management, Communications, and Restaurant Operations to complete.
This support role requires Workday experience.
