Responsibilities:
- Supervises maintenance, repairs, and improvements at Whataburger facilities.
- Manages tickets received through the Contact Center and prioritizes emergency requests.
- Resolves issues by providing advice to on-site technicians remotely.
- Provides remote support on mechanical malfunctions to on-site technicians
- Manages parts inventory and monitors stock levels.
- Liaises with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations.
- Supervises third-party vendors and subcontractors to conduct preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Ensures proper training is given to technicians and evaluates technician performance.
- Monitors cost controls, manages capital expenditures, and administers allocated budget efficiently.

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required in relevant technical fields
- 7 years’ experience in Facilities Management, preferably in restaurant industry
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification or CFC Certification, preferred
- State-licensed Mechanical Contractor or Journeyman’s license preferred
