Role
Partnership associates at Whatnot are responsible for growing a new category on Whatnot.
- The go to expert of your category
Become the go-to expert on your category, including seller / buyer dynamics, community channels, influencers, and product nuances.
Source and reach out to sellers to convince them to join and grow their business on Whatnot. Leverage social media, outbound channels, and in-person events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers and top strategic partners to support their growth and meet their needs.
Spearhead diverse marketing initiatives, such as influencer partnerships / campaigns, to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers.
Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York hubs.

As our next New Grad Partnerships Associate, you should be graduating by June 2025, eligible to start the role by July 2025 plus :
Compensation
For Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants : $75,000 / year to $85,000 / year benefits equity.
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
