In this role you will : Act as a general manager for a core segment of the Trust and Risk Organization, partnering closely with operations, product, analytics, and engineering to deliver tangible results for the business Develop and own OKRs for your spaceIdentify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity / reduce costsAnalyze data to provide insights and recommendationsNegotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectivenessð YouCurious about who thrives at Whatnot? As our next Commerce Strategy & Operations Manager you should haveBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.5-8 years of experience in strategy and operations roles (eg consulting, finance, GM, Operations)Excellent problem solver - you bring structure where there is ambiguityProficient in data analysis and reporting toolsExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProject management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to think strategically and execute methodicallyExperience with SQL and analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, Hex is a plusðCompensationFor Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants : $160,000 / year to $245,000 / year benefits equity.The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise.
