What are the responsibilities and job description for the GENERAL CRUSHER LABORER position at WHC, Ltd.?

Minimum requirements:
- Work safely in a drug-free environment and submit to post offer & random drug/alcohol screening.
- Work an irregular schedule, including early mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
- Timely & regular attendance is essential.
- Willingness to cross-train.
- Must be willing to travel to different work sites.
- Experience operating a CAT 226 skid steer.
- Assist crusher operator with pre/post inspections.
- Must be willing to do manual labor, including but not limited to shoveling, changing screen, belts, and assisting with crusher maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Self-motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain positive attitude and act courteous and respectful toward others.
- Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions and in a noisy, dusty environment.
- Must be able to work safely in a busy environment with moving machinery.
- Always work safely and take action to prevent any and all unsafe actions or behaviors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good reading and writing skills.
- Current driver’s license & clean driving record.
Preferred requirements:
- Mechanical experience & repair of heavy equipment.
- Operation of heavy equipment, specifically front end loader.
- MSHA certification.
- Knowledge of aggregates, aggregate production, & crushing equipment.
