Safety Compliance Manager – Join the zTrip Team!

Company Description : zTrip, the largest taxi operation in the U.S., is looking for a Safety Compliance Manager to ensure driver and staff compliance with health and safety regulations. This role focuses on implementing safety programs, monitoring compliance, and improving safety practices to maintain a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Safety Compliance Manager :

  • Implement and enforce safety policies in line with federal, state, and corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend safety improvements.
  • Provide training on accident prevention and regulatory compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and coach drivers to enhance safety practices.
  • Monitor operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Report safety trends and suggest improvements.

    • Qualifications as a Safety Compliance Manager :

  • Experience in fleet safety, risk management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA, FMCSA, FTA).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong observational abilities.
  • Fleetio experience is a plus!
