Job Opening: Residential Maintenance
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Residential Maintenance to join our team in Leawood, KS. You’ll be responsible for keeping our brand new condo property in great condition, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
Responsibilities of a Residential Maintenance Technician:
- Perform general maintenance tasks like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and minor repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents
- Maintain common areas, keeping them clean and safe
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems as needed
- Handle emergency maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
Qualifications of a Residential Maintenance Technician:
- Experience in general maintenance or a related field
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic repairs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional maintenance certifications are a plus
