Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely pick-up and efficient routing of passengers.
- Organize and manage driver routes and schedules.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues or complaints.
- Assist drivers with navigation, route adjustments, and optimization.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service roles preferred.
