- Provide customer support by addressing concerns or questions from parents and students effectively.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for school staff.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the front desk operations by managing visitor logs and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to facilitate smooth communication within the school community.
- Utilize software tools for basic financial record keeping when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position; experience as a clerk or receptionist is preferred.
