What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Services Director position at Wheatland Village?
The Resident Services Director at Wheatland Village is the primary point of contact for Independent Living residents and is integral in ensuring resident comments, concerns, and requests are addressed expeditiously. Works closely with the Sales Team and Plant Operations to ensure occupancy goals are met. Monitors policies and procedures, public relations, and employee morale. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, or GED
- Business/management skills desirable.
- Experience working in a long-term care setting.
- Must be self-directed and possess the ability to make decisions.
- Is accountable for department performance.
- Works closely with the Executive Director and other community leaders.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
- Compassionate and patient.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm or similar
- 8 hours a day, day shift
